Curd chutney


 Ingredients:
250  grams sour yogurt beaten with necessary salt

Finely chopped coriander leaves
2 finely chopped green chillies
1  tsp dry roasted and powdered cumin seeds 
1  tsp grated garlic
1  pinch black pepper
Salt to taste

Method:


  •    Mix all the ingredients in a bowl and mix well. You may now refrigerate the dahi chutney. This chutney stays safe for 2-3 days.You may serve yogurt chutney at room temperature or chilled with dosa, idli, roti or poori.
