Garlic chutney


Garlic  chutney

Ingredients:

Garlic cloves  -100 grams

Hot green chilli  -8

Tomato  -1

Shredded coconut  -1/2  cup

Mustard seed  -1/2  tsp

Curry leaves  -10

Oil   -2 tbsp

Method:

  • Heat oil in a pan roast garlic, green chilli, tomato for 5-10 minutes. Keep it aside to cool.
  • Grind roasted ingredients (garlic, green chilli, tomato ) coconut, salt to a fine paste.
  • Heat oil in a pan, add mustard seed, curry leaves. When the mustard seed splatter add this to the ground paste.
  • Mix well and serve.
