Coconut chutney


Coconut chutney  

Ingredients:

Shredded coconut  -1 cup
Garlic  -2  pods
Hot green chillies  -5
Tamarind  -1 small piece
oil  -2 tbsp
Mustard seed  -1/2  tsp
Curry leaves - 10
Salt to taste

Method:

  • Grind coconut, garlic, hot green chilli,tamarind, salt into a fine paste.
  • Heat oil in a pan, add mustard seed, curry leaves. when the mustard splatter add this to the ground paste.
  • Mix well and serve.
