Groundnut chutney



Groundnut chutney

Ingredients:

Roasted peanut  -1 cup
Hot dry chilli  -5
Tamarind  -1 (small gooseberry )
Garlic  -1 pod
Curry leaves  -7 leaves
Mustard seed  -1/4 tsp
Oil  1 tbsp
Salt to taste

Method:

  • Grind roasted peanut, hot dry chillie, tamarind,salt to a fine paste.
  • Heat oil in a pan, add mustard seed, curry leaves. 
  • Once the mustard seed splatter add this to the ground paste.
  • Mix well and serve.
