Coconut chutney


Coconut chutney

 Ingredients:
Shredded coconut  -1 cup
Roasted split chick peas  - 1/2 cup
Ginger  - 1 inch
Hot dry chillie  -3
Hot green chillie  - 3
Curry leaves  -10 
Mustard seed  -1 tsp
Oil  -2 tbsp
Salt to taste

Method:


  • Grind coconut, roasted split chick peas, ginger, hot dry chillie, hot green chillie, 6 curry leaves, salt to a fine paste.
  • Heat oil in a pan, add mustard seed, left curry leaves. Once the mustard seed splatter add this to the ground paste.
  • Mix well and serve.
