Tomato chutney


Tomato chutney

 Ingredients:

Ripe tomatoes  -4

Ginger  -1  inch

Hot dry chilli  -1

Shredded  coconut  -2  tsp

Oil  -2  tsp

Mustard seeds  -1/2  tsp

Asafoetida  powder  -1 pinch 

Salt  to taste

Method:


  • Grind tomatoes, ginger,salt, hot dry chilli, shredded coconut into a fine paste.
  • Heat oil in a pan add mustard seed wait until it splatter, now add the asafoetida.
  • Add the ground paste, bring to boil.Remove from fire and serve.
