Onion chutney


Onion chutney

Ingredients:

Hot  dry chilli  -10

Onion  6  cut into big pieces

Garlic  -2  cloves

Oil  -2  tbsp

Salt to taste

Method:

  • Heat a table spoon of oil in a pan and fry the dry chilli for 2-3 min and keep aside.
  • Grind dry chilli, onion,garlic, salt into a thick paste (chutney consistency ). 
  • Add water if needed. Now chutney is ready to serve.
