Urad dal - 100 gram

Asafoetida powder 1/4 tsp

Method:
- Dry fry split Bengal gram with dry chillie and asafoetida till you get a aroma and keep it aside to cool.
- Again in the same pan dry fry urad dal with curry leaves and mix it with the Bengal gram and allow it cool.
- In a mixer add all the ingredients and grind coarsely.
- Store it in an air-tight container.
- Serve with hot Idly & dosa.
