Plantain stem coconut chutney

Ingredients:

Cooked cubed plantain stem  -3/4 cup
Coconut   -1/4 cup
Hot green chillie  -3
Cumin seed  -1\2 tsp
Lemon -1
Mustard seed   -1 tsp
Curry leaves  -10
Oil  -4 tbsp
Salt to taste

Method:
  • Add required water and grind coconut, cooked plantain stem, green chilli, cumin seeds and salt into a thick paste.
  • Heat oil in a pan, add mustard seed. When the mustard stop to splatter,add the curry leaves and cook for 30 sec.
  • Add this to the ground paste mix well and serve.
